In the petrol bomb blast in Coimbatore, the National Security Act was imposed on two people who are in jail.
Jesuraj, who threw a petrol bomb on the car of Thiaku, a Hindu Front executive living in Kuniyamuthur area of Coimbatore, and on the car of Subbulakshmi Nagar BJP executive Kamalakannan, was arrested and has been lodged in the Central Jail since the 27th.

Similarly, Mr Pasha from Ukkadam City Park Road was arrested on the 3rd of last month and remanded in judicial custody in the Central Jail in the case of petrol bomb attack at the Maruti Collections shop on Oppanakkara Road on the night of 22nd of last month.

A case under the National Security Act was registered against the two in the Central Jail on the orders of Coimbatore Police Commissioner Balakrishnan and copies of the same were given to Jesuraj and Pasha.
